nah. what probably happened is the ‘e’ in welcome fell off, and they couldn’t find the exact lettering they originally used and replaced it with that one.
agree, there is space left behind the ‘m’ above the ’5′.
i agree with jason on this one since the 13 has the 3 half way fallen off and it looks like 1 cent
