This happened in Wichita Kansas. The guy driving was mad because he got a parking violation while he was in court, when he left the court room he got in his car and drove right through the city building lol. Since then, they put concrete blocks up to prevent that from happening again. He caused around 80,000 worth of damage, as he took out the metal detectors.
i bet his favorite movie is the blues brothers.

absolutely a win! that was the best real police chase ever! i laughed my ass off every time the camera would change, the car would rip by, and then cops of foot would show up looking like idiots! lmfao!!
What amazes me is how close so many people came to getting run down. It almost looked dramatized, like when he crashes through the glass door right after a group of people walk by. Or the group of people who enter the door just before he tears through the hallway they just left. Amazing.
Pretty good control of that bigass Town Car, too.
The video was edited to make it look like there were close calls. there are 20 minute jumps, also takes place late at night, not many people are around.

I laughed at how the people are just walking around and all of a sudden *BOOM* a fucking car zooms by.

watch the timestamp from the video. large jumps. BUT, in the second shot of the car coming thru the front doors, there is no break in time as the lights from the cop cars become visible–they were right on his ass in a chase. So, whoever said this was an a guy who was mad cuz he got a parking ticket while in court…i didnt realize issuing a parking citation to an unoccupied vehicle involved a high-speed pursuit.
