im a strong believer that those upholding the law, should be better then the criminals they are stoping. if he had killed a cop, it still doesn’t give them the right to kill him, which is probly what happened considering the head trauma on top of the head trauma, he is at the very least somewhat brian damaged, and judging from the attempted flee he already had that before.

This upstanding citizen had a “string of felony arrests” at the time of this video, he struck a police officer on foot while he was evading arrest during this chase. He also drove his van at speeds of up to 100mph and put many innocent civilians in danger.
Should these officers have beaten him while he was unconscious? Not sure….but he didn’t feel it….
He made the conscious choice to run from the police. If he was an “innocent” man why did he run?
Bottom line…..he is a felon…period…..he ran, he committed more felonies….he got his ignorant ass handed to him.

@ Jack: If my mother committed felonies, ran from the cops, and even ran one of them over, then it’d be her own stupid ass fault for getting herself in the situation. That said, my initial reaction was one of disgust, too. He is obviously not posing a threat. Even so, he’s a low-life shit and who really gives a fuck about him. He made his choices, so fuck him.

That’s the result of having guns in every home, cops don’t know what they’ll be facing and thusly they act with violence in a lot of cases. If the random guy in the street was forbidden by law to carry a gun, be it in his pocket or in his car, cops would know they always have the upper hand in case of confrontation.
