Some guy up there was right. NO matter what he did, Police are the Executive, as in they are supposed to ONLY arrest suspects to bring them to court. Yes suspect. Inncent until proven guilty, no matter what the policemen saw him do. Police are NOT the ones to deal the judgement. the suspect is to be sentenced by a Judge/Court/whatever (the Iudicative, sry if its not the correct spelling). This is called separation of powers and is one of the fundamental properties of a Democracy. Police punishing people then is an anti-democratic act. I can think of another way to call this anti-democratic act, but i wont.

That comment was not a response to yours, I apoligize if it came across that way. It was more a response to the people above say things like “death to pigs” and I quote “fuck the police they are all fucking bacon eating dount scarfing faggots who desrve to die” (dude needs a spelling lesson) I do agree the police acted out of line and should undoubtedly be punished. How ever I was merely pointing out the fact that officers of the law are forever under a microscope of whether they acted out of conduct. If an office fires at a suspect reaching into he’s pocket while being instructed not to and it turns out that the suspect does not have a weapon the officer is normally then reprimanded very harshly, Something that clips like this do not imply. I would be willing to bet a shit load of money that every officer involved in this matter lost their job! and for what some piece of shit who committed only god knows what kind of crimes and probably walked free because of the way the officers acted. These could have and probably were very good officers who just lost their tempers, I don’t think that this many officers would have wanted a swing at this suspect if there wasn’t a legitimate reason.
They probably did lose their jobs but how many other instances that didn’t get caught on tape end up like this. Think about it. Yeah he probably deserved it but the people we expect to play it cool in situations like this do stuff like this.
