Na, not exactly. “kunst + handwerk” is also german (which means rather art+craft) and then you can see the colour of the license plates: They arent yellow! So it must be Austria, Switzerland or Germany…
Could be Belgium too… You can’t tell; the photo is too small to take a real good look at the licence plates…
But I’d bet it is Germany.

The Fail is not, that Dutch people laugh about The word Handwerk, because it means Handjob in another language! The fail is, that the Letters “T” and “S” are switched in the Word “Kunts”! It’s supposed to say “Kunst”! “Kunst und Handwerk” Is German and has no sexual meaning in this language
