This is 99% fake:
1)Look at 0:14, you can see “Удивительный братями” in Cyrillic. The phrase makes no sense grammatically
2)Just look how the guy who was shot fell
which translats to “Surprising hosts” in russian

Gramatically correct would be “Удивительные братя” or maybe it’s in belarusian?
Translation is something like “Surprising by the Brothers of Kiev” (Alexey forgot to add that last part). They could have meant “Surprising Stunt”, but dropped the word, because, after all, this is a parody. This is the Ukrainian equivalent of Penn and Teller.

Doesn’t anyone know that video can be manipulated? Or that a fake arrow can be made out of paper? Why is the quality so fuzzy? Why is the arrow scene only a few frames? Why did “Curly” place a commercial product container on top of his head? Don’t you realize that these shows are taped and edited? Why did they go through with the editing as if it was going to be aired? THIS WAS AIRED? Ha! Unlikely, EVEN IN KIEV. No TV station (even in Kiev!) would say, “Hey, fantastic, a dumb guy killed a dumber guy, LET’S EDIT THIS AND BROADCAST IT!” Um, think “LAWSUIT” !!! (Yes, even in Kiev). So people, this all adds up to a stupid viral video commercial for some vile tasting energy drink which probably contains enough guarana to make you pee for a week.

Real or not, that is SCARY. The arrow did NOT look like paper – and it’s a bad rip, like a lot of the clips on here.
Paper wouldn’t make a “THUNK” like that – and it was a “commercial” can because someone bought it from a store and was drinking out of it. Do you not notice on American Idol that they drink water from Coca Cola cups?

It’s fake. If the people watching it were just expecting a talent show – whether good or bad, their reactions would have instantly been shock and they would have rushed to the guy who was shot. They didn’t. One person and then I think a little later another did – both from backstage. The other 3 and the mic guy were all just kinda standing or looking like – yeah, ok what’s next.

Re evaluation after research
Okay here is for the sceptics
1. the bow moves between scenes
2. a blue cloth in the back moves between scenes
3. WHAT camera man decides to pan over the judges expressions AFTER A MAN HAS JUST BEEN SHOT IN THE HEAD not adding the way the camera shots go man gets shot- judges’ expressions- man on floor No one would be showing that in an emergency situation.
4. There is a camera perfectly positioned for when the retard gets the drink (if it were live a camera would pan not expecting that shot)
5. Just because it’s in Russia doesn’t mean that their stuntmen don’t practice before they do life threatening stunts.
6. The men were overly stupid if it were for real I’m sure someone would have stopped them.
7. Even retards take a while to stand aim and prepare to fire an arrow that could potentially kill their friend/ brother.
It was staged with multiple shots and seems real but I’m sure it’s a fake
