Yeh i must say epic fail on harry’s behalf. and if you look closely using ure ever so retarded eyes you will see that the man is in fact chinese and therefore knows what the sign says he just doesn’t care. Also you may notice that on the sign there is english.

If I’m not mistaken, that looks a bit like Hou Hai in Beijing. Last time I rented a mini boat at the piers and saw a lot of people swimming as I went sailing. Although the sign said no swimming, they seemed to jump in and enjoy themselves. One even shouted Shui Wen Fei Chang Shu Fu! Which means the water temperature is very comfortable!

I think I’ve been there actually lol that’s Ho Hai in Beijing China. There’s no swimming signs but a lot of them do anyways. I think it’s just the water is polluted
