If I am not mistaken, the bottom one (behind the vehicle) is fake. as in edited it. Might be wrong but I have looked closely at it..
i second this notion. the bottom post is not only slightly askew, but notice around the other posts the markings on the concrete where the original tile or whatever was removed or cut.
plus the posts are added to the center of the old tire, which if you follow the line of tiles, this one is not… definitely fake

You people are all stupid. This is shopped. Look at the first pole, closest to the bottom right of the picture. Angle look off to anybody? That’s because the photo was SHOPPED.
Even if it wasn’t photoshopped, the van probobly could get through between the two poles on the bottom. Very close, but probobly fits.
er photo shop fail…. the first on right is same as 4th from right … size and angles do not match real life, nether does the crappy blend job around the base , same with the hole below cap and above white line

These types of posts frequently have a pin and padlock to keep them in place, but you simply unlock the padlock, remote the retaining pin, and you can lift the pole off, allowing vehicles to pass over the small post they are secured too.
Try strolling around downtown sometime and you’ll see hundreds of these things. Most are permanent, but usually one or two of them are removable.
Anyone laughing at these workers or yelling “shopped” needs to buy a ticket for the next FAILboat out of town…
