Some pizzas come with the instruction to cook them directly on the rack. Some come with the instruction to cook them on a pizza sheet. Read the directions.

i bet its a frozen pizza and isnt it that on the box it says not to remove the board under the pizza when you put it in the oven? it’s Literacy Fail, LOL
um…. no genius you do remove the cardboard from under a frozen pizza you fail smart one. the fail here is that they let the pizza thaw completely before cooking it.
when i make the tombstone/digornio pizzas, i leave the cardboard under the pizza, keeps it from burning the crust… /shrug

Some brands do say you can put it directly on the grill for a crispier crust…but either way, that was pretty weak. XD

They probably made the dough from scratch. Pre-cook the dough or put it on a baking stone before weighing it down with toppings.
That’s why delissio is 5 bucks.
I bet it was fresh dough, and that only works if it’s frozen

it doesnt make sense to me because of the pizza we buy, it says to put pizza directly on rack..yet this never happened so im wondering what he did wrong.?.?.?
Basicially….
Whereas most pizzas bases are already cooked then frozen and then reheated at home this type is a pizza with raw dough so if it’s not put on a baking sheet then as the pizza heats the raw dough defrosts and falls through the bars
We’ve done this – just automatically put it on the shelf as that’s how most pizzas are cooked – oh well!
