Funny. However if a literate person who knows someone who can’t read sees this sign and helps, them get the help they need, the this isn’t fail.

Call the number, pretend to get really upset that it’s not a phone sex operator on the other end of the line and explain that you are illiterate. Had you been able to read the sign, you would have known that it wasn’t advertising phone sex. Allow the hilarity to ensue.
Wow, not funny. Actually by the time your an adult you “should” be able to read a few basic words and as far as calling the number, if your illiterate it means you can’t read, but you can still go “Oh this symbol is like that one (press button)”, but what your thinking of is dislexia, which is where you have trouble recognizing symbols, or something to that affect.
However this would be funny if it was advertising braille lessons to the blind.
Most people don’t understand that nearly a third of the American population is illiterate or barely literate. You might know a handful of foreign words but not be able to read a foreign book. This is how they view English.
