Diarrhea is a common thing among distance runners. When you run, blood that could be used in your bowels is directed to other muscles such as the legs. This causes a disturbance to the body that results in diarrhea.
A normal person would have dropped out, but not this sad, shitty health freak. Any future girlfriend of his would be well advised to look at this snap. You will always play second fiddle girly.
