Why not just squat over a hole? The human body wasn’t designed for a toilet anyway, squatting is much healthier.

it’s probably in China… where the toilets are built into the ground but some old people have a hard time squatting so they make a makeshift toiilet seat for them.
Thailand has these squat toilets, also. Makes it much easier to “shit and fall back in it”.
