The Ref’s were wrong. The holder’s knee was down when he took possession of the ball after it was blocked, so he should have been ruled down, whistle should’ve blown, and the play should’ve been over.
actually like the video already said, the ball didn’t even cross the line of scrimmage, and even if it had, if you look, the holder’s knee was actually an inch or two above the ground.
lol i overheard this on the radio or something
i like how they all just stood there disappointed n then 1 guy’s like pstt get it to the end zone! n none of the people on the other team noticed lol
It doesn’t matter if his knee is on the the ground if no one is touching him. If you have possession of the ball and you go down, someone from the other team needs to touch you for you to be “down”. You see this all the time, a guy falls and then gets back up and runs more.

This should be re-titled “Ref Fail”

tldw;
The refs blew this one. When the holder picks the ball up his right knee is on the ground. Play should be dead right then.
never ass-u-me….
Couldn’t that be considered an epic win? lol
Where’s the lol? I wan my 3:52 back.

Actually Kali that rule only applies in professional football leagues……in highschool and college…if ur knee is down…the play is done
couldn the refs call too many people on the field? everyone was running onto the field
