Its even worse here in sweden. I went in to buy a few ps3 games, and I saw mercenaries 2 for 499KR, its about 10 kr to 1 USD, then I looked at the preowned, the same game for 699KR. And that was the same for almost all games, the preowned were more expensive. Long story short, I never shop at gamestop anymore.

How is it on sale? Both say price drop, not sale. GameStop and the former EB are notorious for this. They ripped my younger brother off when we were younger trading in games and have tried to sell me a preowned game when I was paying for a new copy.

It’s true. I worked at a GameStop. You can buy used copies for cheaper pretty much anywhere, especially at places like Entertainmart here in CO. So to make up for that, they sell the new copies for cheap. Fucktards.

the perk of buying it used is you can return it in 7 days for your money back after playing it…. buying it new only has a refund if you didnt open the seal.

Not a fail; I bought Bionic Commando new on sale from Gamestop for $12.99 when they had it on special; used it was still $40 because when the special ended after a week the new game went back to the regular $60 price.
