A loader of the distillery warehouse in Moscow, hit with the fork-lift truck one of the shelves with products
triggered a domino effect, resulting in hundreds of boxes piled high with vodka and cognac.
The incident resulted in no injuries. The damage is estimated at five million rubles (about 175000$).

easy mistake actually… he was probably trying to swich direction to slow the forklift down, but kinda failed to hit the switch….still.. he should have hit the brakes when that did’nt work..xD
