There’s very little clearance, maybe someone couldn’t read the blueprints. I’ve seen starting architect/contractor do the same thing.

The biggest fail is the color scheme. Pumpkin-orange and salmon trim? There might as well be a spray-painted sign saying “Welcome to the ghetto” hanging on the wall.
