They may not know how to park in between the lines but not a one has a scratch…I’m not convinced that they are “that” stupid.
Come on, they probably parked when the lot was covered with snow and when it melted you could see the lines. Happens all the time.

Wow, this fail was made especially for Daniel to come cry and shit out his usual message of unnecessary pity/understanding, and he’s no where to be found.
That said, it’s now winter, the sky is cloudy there and the ground wet, so it’s obvious it was just covered with snow when the first person parked and the rest used him as a guideline, like three people have already said. No fail here.

Not sure bout other states but PA dont require front plates
Canada only requires them visible from behind (either in the back window or the back license plate area).

Having grown up in an area where it is common for snow to fall over night and then melt during the day, this is a very common scene. Look at the white pontiac, then the blue car behind it, notice the snow patch beyong the blue car?
