He is kind of a squad leader at the german army and shouts “Ich nebel selbst”, what means as much as “I’ll throw a smoke by myself”. Sounds much more funny in german, because his sentence can in german also be understood as if he is going to set himself on smoke. Either way it’s really embarassing.
