Clearly the sign is offensive to Americans, etc., however, there are many Asian translations that “fail”, and none are intended to offend. I seriously doubt that the sign has the meaning that the angry posters here believe it does.

Despite any controversy, I dismiss any complaints of the use of the word “nigger” so long as it is regularly used, in its various forms, such as “nigga”, by the very group of people it is used to describe. If that statement is too complex, let me rephrase: “As long as they call themselves ‘niggers’, they can’t complain.” Its called hypocrisy.
