its not, air rifles dont sound like that, its a low caliber rifle, firing live rounds.
The butt of the gun is just there for looks. You’re supposed to brace it with your hands so you get neat face wounds.

I noticed that too. That’s probably why he is so close to the scope. He was probably thinking “Why is everything so small?”
This whole scene is deeply tragic.. He’s out there on his own, filming himself fire a rifle he doesn’t know how to hold, for what purpose exactly? To show his imaginary friends? or to post on the net in a vain ploy to get laid? Uber Fail!

hard scope loser
The scope looks like it’s properly installed. He just doesn’t know how to lock the rifle into his shoulder. I’ve never had this happen to me. Hell I’ve had scopes that put your eye almost right on the scope and I’ve never been injured like this. The sad thing is that he’ll probably be too afraid to ever want to shoot anything again and he is going to miss out on a real joy in life. I love to shoot and I love to shoot well and I love knowing that so very few people on this planet can shoot well let alone shoot anything at all. Got to love the United States and the 2nd Amendment.
actually this happened to my roommate, except it split his brow. he was firing a 30-30 and didn’t have the butt locked into his shoulder. he got like 5 stitches. maybe you’ll be pleased to know that it didnt deter him. we still go shooting all the time
Not that this guy is an expert, but scope bite still happens to the best of us.
