This is the natural courtship of a Giraffe. It is called Flehmen process.This is when the female giraffe urinates and the male drinks a small portion of her urine. The Male will nudge the female’s behind to stimulate her to urinate. The reason for this is so the male can tell whether she is in season based on the taste and smell of her urine.

Actually this is normal. When a male is about to mate with a female giraffe, they lick the pee in order to see if she is ovulating. This is a mating ritual, wierd I know.
