yeah, this isnt fake, i live about 5 minutes from where this billboard WAS, they took it down once they started getting bad PR from it. I actually graduated from South Bend Schools XD

i grew up in south bend indiana and to be honest south bend schools are not that great!!! so i find this very funny!!! on my way there saturday. cant wait!!!
LOL I assure you, Southbend schools are GREAT compared to a vast majority of other public schools across this country…try Kentucky..or the deep South (Speaking of Pubic HYUK HYUK!)

I had to read it three times before I realized it was spelled pubic, not public. FAIL!
