Due to the current state of the economy, Arizona has switched to the new paper license plate. We wouldn’t have had to do this but Gov Janet Napolitano ran the state into financial crisis, that’s why she begged Obama for a cabinet appointment. She was worthless when it comes to border security too, so don’t believe the shit about how she secured the border.
