I saw a lot of this when I was a city bus driver here in Phoenix. Have to treat them with respect and talk to them as normal people. You wouldn’t believe how nice these people are when you ignore their outer shell. There is a person under that womens clothing just like you. Perhaps he isn’t hetero, but he is unlikely to hit on you. People like this appreciate nice people that talk to them as if they are normal human beings and they do deserve the same respect as anyone else. It’s just a man in a dress.
