The girl on the right is obviously photoshopped. Very poor job and as pointed out, the drawer is missing some important lines. However, the two on the left are not photoshopped. The girl in the middle, you can tell that the shadow from the camera flash goes around the stump of her leg, and you can see the items on the book shelf behind her without any interuption. Same with the girl on the left, with her arm. The shadow line, and the line of the door tell the story. The real fail is the person who submitted this as a fail.
