The guy was drunk and posed a threat to the officers. I would of tazed the lady that wouldnt shut the fuck up. As a prison guard I can understand the use of force. I dont like to but sometimes you must to get situation under control.

Thanks. First, for pointing out that you fucks always think you’re right. Second, for confirming the fact that cops, and prison guards, are stupid pricks on a power trip.
That guy posed no threat to the cops. How can you tell? because after being hit with a taser/cane/whatever 3 times, he still did not raise his hand or try to strike an ‘officer of the law’. HE SHOULD HAVE, but he didn’t. He should have knocked the fuck out the first dumbass cop who didn’t even know how to use the device. But, no, he maintained his composure, and just looked at the cop like: “dude, if it was just you and me, without your pussy ass friends and without your bitch stick there, your ass would be grass.” And the nancy copy knew it too. That’s why he hit a man simply standing there 3 times, and it took his boys to get the guy on the ground to handcuff him.
which brings me to my second point… if that guy was a threat to the police, as you say… why wasn’t he handcuffed the moment the cops got to him? before he made his way down the stairs?
It can be only 1 of 2 reasons, I’ll let you decide: either 1) he wasn’t really a threat – which makes you full of shit, or 2) the cops (and you by admitted association) were complete stupid dumbasses.
Either way, it took 3 cops with sticks to wrestle a guy to the ground who didn’t even try to fight back.
I hope you as a ‘prison security guard’ never have to deal with someone who actually puts up a fight, because being in prison, i would imagine those guys are a lot harder and don’t put up with as much shit as these punk ass cops gave this guy.

It’s a taser fail because he got hit by a taser, and it didn’t work. You can hear it cracking in the background (around 20 seconds in), but it’s not affecting him that much at all.
