Interesting story going on here, but I think I have to call it a Fake. I will explain and yes, I have no life so get over it. First, they have a House together in his name. He has an unstable job that allows him to get fired just because someone else starts yelling at his work place and they are having a dispute. Not sure what kind of work he does but he has a House (you can’t afford having a House if you are working at McDonalds or any jobs that can easily replace you). Michael comes back at her saying that she needs to find another place to live (uh, you think?). I think she made it very clear that she hates you so why would she want to be with you? And Plus, did you not read about the part where she says she inherited a decent sum of money. Not sure how much is that but she can stay at her parents place or any relatives until she gets the money. Also, that is good news for her that she has no part of the house so she can move on and move to another state if she wanted to and get another House. Michael text all of her friends about how she hates them all and they annoys her. If they actually believe that Michael (the guy she hates and I’m sure she told all of her friends already of how much she hates him) text this crap lie, then they weren’t friends at all. And now, my favorite part, He calls her Boss and told him on the phone (I presume) that she has been stealing money from the company and she pissed on the boss’ chair. First of all, they need proof that she actually did this, they can’t fire her just because someone who doesn’t work at her workplace said she stole money. And, the part about her pissing on the chair. Was she sitting in it? Squatting over it? Again, they need proof and most companies do not do a DNA samples to see if that is really her piss. But again, I call this interesting funny story a ‘Fake’ just to get it on EpicFail.com

((*If someone calls up, and tells a buisness that one of their employees have been stealing from them, they’ll do an investigation for sure. And yes, it’d be taken seriously. Theft, from an employee no less, is not something most real employers will take lightly. And for that last part, why would they need a DNA sample? I’m sure the boss smelt, or felt it next time he sat on it. And considering this is a close person to said employee, he’d know it.*))

In MD you can get fired for no reason at all, you cannot put someone out of their “home” or leased space without a 30 day written notice. Ya know, him explaining that it’s his name on the house means that she has no right to kick him out. That’s why that part is mentioned. And the fact of the matter is this was just a conversation we see. We don’t actually know what happened. My guess is this happens to be a true story but will she be going to jail? I think not. Without hearing an outcome to all of this you can’t just say that it’s a fake because one stupid person is talking to another stupid person.
First of all, most people are employed under what’s called “At Will” employment. That means that either party can terminate the relationship at any time. The only time you should be able to sue an employer for firing you at work is if there is some sort of discrimination involved.
Second, maybe her boss knew that someone was taking money and pissed on his chair, but didn’t know who? Now he has an inkling and can fire her because she’s working as an “At Will” employee (see above).
Third, the house. As someone pointed out, houses don’t have to be all that expensive. Especially in this market.
