I often wonder who is more at fault. The tatoo artist or the client? I mean, shouldn’t it be up to the client to review the artists work before having it put onto their own body?

@doctor- when they are no longer a harry potter fan? you could say that about any tat. I have an HP tat and you know what I will never regret it, the book and its characters have been a part of my life for over a decade.

Everyone is so rude. HP is a huge part of my childhood and many others I might add, this is clearly just an outline and the person knows that they are “up to KNOW good.” Stop criticizing, just because YOU don’t understand it means it’s wrong or stupid.
Did anyone consider when they “stole” this picture off of the internet that the person being tattoo might have actually intended it to be spelled that way?? Of course not. That would be too logical, since tatoo artists will let you see the outline after it is placed.

This is my sister’s leg. It’s pretty obvious that she did this on purpose. It is a pun, and if you are into Harry Potter the way she is, you will understand it. For those who are not involved in Harry Potter, she clearly did this as a pun (they KNOW that they are up to NO good) She went to a very professional “famous” tattoo artist, one of the best around. He didn’t make any mistake and neither did she. It is badass and by no means is it an “EPIC FAIL!”

actually, you havent seen the finished product, and that ‘misspelling’ was on purpose. I’m not one to usually defend stuff on here ever- but if you go to the facebook group ‘show off your harry potter tattoos’ and look at it, this tattoo is fucking bad ass. its one of the most awesome tattoos ive ever seen. She did the misspelling as i reminder to herself, trust me, she talks about it in the group. go look if you dont believe me.
