Wow. It’s a crime to produce your own food? If It’s YOUR front lawn on your property. Then how the fuck does the city have any say in what she does on her property. It ain’t weed , poppy or opium she planting.
Apparently the dispute hinges on whether vegetables are “a suitable live plant material”. This is one of those times when the right to a jury trial comes in handy. Government goons will be government goons, but I don’t see how they’re going to find a jury dumb enough to go along with this.
