   this is not a fail.

   That is a promo pic of Spud WeBB(The short guy) and Manute Bol(The freakishly tall guy). They played in the NBA during the 80s and 90s and Spud Webb is also famous for winning the 1986 slam dunk contest. And he was only 5’7″. This is not a fail nor a photoshop. You guys have not grown up watching NBA basketball during the 80s and early 90s. Yes Spud Web got mad hops.

   this is an ol’skool photo of Manut Bol and Spudd Webb (2 NBA hall of Famers).
   Manut was 7’7″ and Spudd 5’7″.

     First off.. Sorry for posting this a couple years late.. This is Mugsy Bouges (not Spud Webb) and Manute Bol. And I don’t believe that either are in the hall of fame.
