The same type of indoctrination has been going on for years at Walmart. I hated it for the 9 months I worked at one years ago. But at least I had a job.

I’ve seen this video a few times now… as a Wal-Mart employee (in Canada, mind) I can tell you they really do have a cheer at most stores (I’ve worked at 3, and two out of the three had one). It really just amounts to 2 or 3 assistant managers shouting at 30 other people who are wishing they were anywhere but there right then. They really aren’t usually to that level of wtf.
