   Immigrants should be forcibly enrolled in 1st grade when they get here, in with the real American kids, and they couldn’t get welfare until they complete high school.

     well…if you’re an immigrant you can’t get welfare until you receive citizenship. on the citizenship test includes history questions the average american (including your dumbass) will fail and a need to know how to read and write in English.

     this person probably wasn’t a citizen, and definitely not on welfare.

   If u have to be a citizen to get assistance, how come the first question on a food stamp application basically says that if u r illegal u should go directly to the office and receive benefits immediately? Otherwise u have to fill out re app, schedule an appointment, and wait.

   Could it be that this sign was created in a different country, perhaps? If you google “Golomt Bank” as seen underneath the VISA/MC sign, it’s a bank in Mongolia. I think their translation fail is forgivable.
