yeah its a proven fact that crows and ravens are one of the smartest bird species and i personally would choose a crow/raven as a pet over a parrot… iv heard you can teach them to talk too
TRUE….my neighbor trained a crow to say “HELLO,FUCK YOU”…..you would be sitting in the back yard and here this bird voice up in the tree going “HELLO, FUCK YOU” pretty funny

I read somewhere that they had been observed to take twigs, break them and modify them so that they could get food or something out of bottles. The crow would only pick up twigs that they knew could be modified in such a way. Changes a lot about how we define human intelligence and that tool making is not necessarily exclusive to humans. I know chimpanzees can make tools, but birds have always been interesting to me as to how they act.
