I dont know how this even got submitted but this is me and my boyfriend on halloween as Khloe and Lamar. Here we go..
1) This is not even a “tan”. It is brown facepaint. Nobody in this picture went tanning.
2) This is not racist. We went as Khloe and Lamar. Lamar is black. Khloe is lifhr. If someone was black and went with white facepaint to be Khloe that would not be racist; it would be that person simply dressing as Khloe Kardashian who is light complected or “armenian” for those who want to get technical. IT IS A HALLOWEEN COSTUME. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OFFENDING A RACE OR AN INDIVIDUAL. You wouldnt dress up as a red grinch or purple big bird so why would you ever go as a white Lamar Odom? If youre still not understanding: This costume is exactly the same as someone wearing a George Bush mask on halloween.George Bush has white skin and blue eyes but if the person underneath the mask has brown eyes and red hair would that make them racist for wearing a mask of a person who did? No. Drop it. Its halloween. Its a time to go as something youre not.
4) Nobody is a Kardashian wanna be. Its called a cheap and easy costume. I used my own dress and a wig. My boyfriend had a lakers shirt and face paint which costs 1.50 a tube. Sorry if this dissapoints people.
To sum it up the only thing here that apparently “failed” was my privacy settings on facebook- because thats the only other place this picture was. Stop over analyzing things people. Try to enjoy halloween? &Save the tan bashing for people who actually tan
