     Yea, Testicle. This isn’t a racist joke. It’s a commentary on the real unemployment situation in Spain. Of course, the rate would be lower is Spanish citizens quit working under the table to avoid income taxes. The real unemployment rate is lower than the official rate. People are working under the table and still drawing government social welfare benefits.
