What, he just brings the entire thing home and weld it off?
He will take the entire thing home , let the air out from the tire and after that he can take down the lock . And after that he send the lock back to the company who owns it . Or he will try to find a key and open up the lock and take down the tire .
“WELD” it off? He has a full size spare tire so he most likely just left the tire there.
weld is sticking two things together like glueing them, so how do you glue something apart?
also they have a guard on boots that blocks you from getting to the lugnuts so i don’t see how he got it off
You’re right, it is impossible that he was able to get to the lug nuts. This is a mirage.
Romania, the real land of oportunities.
Fake………because the boot covers the lug nuts.
No it’s not fake , because the lock is not so tight to the wheel that you can’t get to the nuts . I had take down 2 time the same type of locks from my car using the same technique .
it’s not fake …. it’s an inventive romanian guy …. anyway he is an idiot … the wheel and the tire are more expensive than the ticket
that’s what I was thinking lol.
Maybe he destroyed the thing that covers the lug nuts.. WIN!!
If you look at the license plate you can tell that this pic wasn’t taken in the U.S,, and that boot looks very different from ours, so its probably some old boot we created here in the states, that was proven faulty so we gave to another country as an April Fools joke lol
is from Romania is the B from Bucharest !!!
ur the best example of the typical american; ur selfesteem is ridicously high for someone who doesnt even know how to spell. you should have less pride and more brains b***ch
that’s a pic from my country…. ROMANIA….
@WhatTheFail,,, THINKING?????? With what??? ASS-O can’t think……….
My dick thinks to, it’s also called a head
I think the ticket was less than replacing a VW wheel and tire.
Why would it have to be replaced? You don’t think he threw it in the tru… Why am I even bothering to explain this. Yes, you’re right. He just left it there.
Fake. Unless he happened to run across a boot that doesn’t cover the lug nuts.
Only in Poland!
Look at this article http://stiri.botosani.ro/stire/41608/Imaginea+zilei+in+lume%3A+Un+roman+si+o+roata+blocata+.html . IT happend in Romania .
only in Romania
so … no dude… i put the car jack between the prongs of the boot, pried it open enough to remove the lug nuts, and got it off … i did this 12 years ago… what i DIDN’T think of, though, is that those things have tracking numbers, linked to your license plate, when you’re booted… a detective came to my house to arrest me, only i wasn’t home … i managed to bring it back, and i was forced to come in and “explain myself” … the head of parking was like “frankly, we just wanna know HOW you did it!” … good story, no jail… but that was when people were a little more “lenient”
like a boss!
thats why i always carry a spare tire with me at all times, thats what theyre for right?
he wishes it was that easy
this is in Bucharest …the B in the license plate…. its from Romania
Picture taken in Cluj, the car is registered in Bucharest. Romania ( South – East Europe for those who do not know where is Romania)
it’s not from romania or anywhere else. it’s from bulgaria and the B stands for Варна-Varna the marine capital of the country
It’s Romania, B stands for the romanian capital, Bucharest.
Full story in pics
It’s actually in Germany, the B stands for the capital city Berlin.
bellends B is for Belgium
i had a friend do this in charleston sc. he simply deflated the tire then removed the tire and the boot. when he went to return the boot to the cops they arrested him. he pointed out to the judge that it didnt say it was illegal to remove the boot only that removing the boot would damage the car. judge threw out the case against him and the cops changed the wording to make it illegal to remove the boot. they tried to get him for damaging govt property and theft lol.
romaniaaa )) can beleive
Maybe he knows what tire they put the boot on last time when he parked there, so he took the lug nuts off that tire and put lug nut covers over the treads. Maybe Bucharest doesn’t have the same kind of boot the U.S. does. Either way if it’s real, it’s slick.
ofcourse ONLY IN POLAND
the “b” stands for “B”itches – which is what all your whiny asses are!! muah ah ahaa..
& then a Mexican will take the booted tire.
The man in the white baseball cap is the mouth-size world record holder.
