   This seems like a very necessary going back to school item ,seeing as kids(10-100) don’t seem to know how to use condoms.

     Because the fucked up educational system (in Uhmerica) won’t allow Sex Ed. to be taught properly. Obviously all this abstinence bullshit isn’t working. Kids aren’t designed to suppress their urges, they aren’t worried about consequences.
     If it were up to me we would all be sterile until a test proves that we will be decent parents.
