It’s easy to mock, but it seems obvious the teacher is right. Although they didn’t present any other witnesses. It’s certainly possible a small boy could kick you hard enough in the knee to injure it, and even make you fall down in pain on the stairs and break your ankle. The boy is clearly such a liar, and his mom is too.
I agree you can tell the kid is lieing rather his mother believes it or not. If he hit in him the right places it could very well hurt him. Also the teacher had tried to defend himself he could have easily hurt the child and gotten himself into a huge mess.

More insanity from American public schools. Why parents send their kids there is beyond me…
If the teacher picked the kid up and tossed him into a dumpster then the idiotic enabling parent would have sued the school and the teacher would have been fired for defending himself against the brazen brat. The teacher did the right thing; hopefully, when the kid gets into middle school his classmates will school him in some manners and pound some reserve into him. If not, then the prison system will do it when/if he becomes an adult.
Bet the Spanish kid will have a wrap sheet a foot long by the time he’s 18 and can actually go to prison.

It’s not hard for a kid to kick your ass when you can’t even put your hands on the damn kid. Obviously if the teacher could defend himself with out the law arresting him he could beat the kid. It’s the same thing when people make fun of a guy that got beat by a girl. If you can’t hit the girl back then obviously she’s going to win.

Agreed, I bet if he so much as pushed the child off of him the mother would be on the cameras explaining how she is going to sue the school for this teacher assaulting her baby. So tired of these weak ass parents letting their out of control kids run wild where ever they go.
He’d have been better off slapping the child really hard in the face, the kid would have calmed the fuck down and the teacher would have just been a bully instead, still a man though.

The teacher didn’t have his ass kicked at all. The fact is he, as a teacher, could only restraint the kid at most. A good kick to the knee will dislodge it regardless of whether its a kid or an adult.

I’m sorry but I’m sure I could deflect a six yr Olds kick he could kickme all day I have some pretty strong young siblings that hold nothing back and the don’t break my legs when they kick me. Its almost as if the teacher set himself up for a leg breaking kick. IDK. But I believe you would have to put your leg in total jepoardy at a weird angle for a small child to have done any damage.
