This is a disgrace, not just to African Americans but to “all” members of the human race. There is absolutely nothing funny or entertaining about this photo. It is neglect plain and simple. This is a baby who is obviously being parented by a very immature individual who needs to have a case with CPS opened and should never be allowed to give birth to any more children.
It saddens me to see such ignorant responses to this. Why must everything be about color? Humanity isn’t about being human anymore .
