   If that was really an insurance scam attempt, it had to be one of the worst attempts ever. I love the way the guy just drives off when the dude wants to talk to him.

     it’s not like he was standing there on the side of the road waiting for cars to come by. he was just walking along with some people, crossing the street, probably just got out of the bar.
