This looks like it’s from about 1991. If so, then David’s Pizza has been maintained to look exactly the same for 20 years.

A little research and I found this:
This is from a current Internet TV show with a strange title of “KNFR From 7:00-7:30″, which is comprised of made-up morning TV shows from 1986. This ad is for a real pizza place, but the 1980′s style is an intentional part of it. The guy in the video is named Anthony Rollins-Mullens. And, David’s Pizza has seen a boom in business thanks to this ad.
