There is no fail. Obviously the car is used as a portable billboard. There are laws in some cities that make it where you cannot stick advertisements into the ground. The only way to advertise is to either do what the above picture did or put one of those people with the “wiggle” signs up.
This is not a fail, but just someone putting the advertisement in the car window so that when people drive by they can see there is a barber shop there.
Good thing they double parked it facing away from the road then, huh?
Oh, and I suppose it’s absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that the car is facing a completely different road than the one you see in the background, huh? Yeah… it must be that they parked it facing away from the road so idiots like you and the morons who run this site and call it a fail.
