     Well actually the braille script says the exact same thing as the latin script above.

   oooohhhhh i see what the fail is, if its in braile then how would the blind know what color it is, somebody invent a braile light bulb……..????????? TO THE LAB→→→→→

   It’s so a blind person knows what a sign says in case they felt it. Doesn’t mean they have to be able to see the lights.

   A fair amount of legally blind people can still pick up on color as huge blurs, but not see well enough to make shapes or read. That is all.

   just because the color info may not be helpful to blind people, 99.9% of people arent blind, so its still useful information
