Has anyone here actually done the cinnamon trick? Why can’t you keep it in your mouth? Does it burn or what?
I haven’t tried it, but the cinnamon pulls all of the moisture out of you mouth and throat and makes it almost impossible to take a breath.
I bet I could do it.
You can keep it in your mouth, but when you attempt to swallow the dry cinnamon in the center coats your esophagus and generally causes you to either institutionally gasp for air or cough, but since you’re forcefully keeping your mouth shut many people end up blowing a cloud of cinnamon out of their nostrils while bending forward and getting it in their own eyes. If you plan on trying it, please do it on live webcam.

cinnamon is very bitter in large amounts (on its own) don’t attempt this without the water nearby
