   Looks like Philadelphia. Def a fake. Not only by their expressions, Come on now! Both with same hand gestures like “where are my tires” But also because its impossible to tire jack a squad car under the L and a corner like that in the day time.

   Not fake, those are police from my home town of Philly and this happens more often than it should. Seen it with my own eye on more than one occasion. While the cops are prob posing for the pics, the stolen wheels… good chance that it actually happened. You fools don’t know Philly.
