   That is no haistyle fail ! This guy has applied Henna to his hair to color his hai . Henna is a leaf with natural colorants and gives a reddish / brownish color to the hairs . Infact this gives quite a soothing effect . This method is quite common in Indian subcontinent .

   What surely is an epic fail is the ignorance of western world on these simple , organic and effective practices .
