What a retarded comment, ALL of these people were using guns improperly, First off, you check for a loaded rounds. Second, you never leave your guns loaded unless you plan to shoot them. Third, Safety should always be on, and you never put your finger on the trigger unless you intend to shoot the gun! These are People fails, not any Amendment failure or object failure.
