   Not necessarily a fail, is it ? lol btw Is this in South Africa? I’m from there and that type of thing (the people crammed in vehicles in odd ways, not the alcohol) is something you do see quite often, plus the background stuff looks like it could be S.A.

    Is SA for sure. The GP on the number plate stands for Gauteng Province. This pic is still mild though to what you usually see on the roads in SA.
