     Technically it is not. Macaroni is elbow shaped. The pasta in the picture is of the type Penne. So its Pen and cheese

     American Cheese is not technically cheese, it is a processed cheese product. Calling American Cheese real cheese is similar to saying that a sheet of notebook paper is a tree.
