  1. The main fail is that some or all of those plates are fake, these twigs are not putting up 405 lbs. More like 45 or 135 at the most. Still kind of impressive that some of them pulled it off though.

  3. Crossfit keeps me in business…I’m a massage therapist. The lack of proper form and rush to get to the next exercise causes a lot of injuries.

  4. I don’t know what kind of horrible gym or trainers these are that have people lift weights that are clearly too heavy for them. That’s the fail, for those who were asking.

  5. These people aren’t clean and jerking. They are axle clean and pressing, which is a strongman event. Anyone who knows anything about Oly lifting would have noticed the lack of Olympic barbell straight up.

  7. Why are these idiots using a mixed grip to start the lift? Then you have to switch your grip while holding the weight at the 2 position? I’ve never seen something dumber in my life and its obviously the trainers who are telling them to do that. Are we sure this isn’t at a planet fitness?

  9. whomever doesn’t see the fail is a retard, the form is horrible and you can seriously screw up your back, they should work with an empty bar first and focus on form, then slowly put more weight on, whomever was in charge of that exercise should get sacked asap!

  10. The Fail was the fact that they were doing EVERYTHING in an unsafe manner with too many basic weight lifting rules broken. Anybody who knows anything about weightlifting knows that those ignorant fools were lucky they didn’t get hurt. No gain whatsoever in any way, with lots of potential negatives. Not to mention the million of amateurs who might think this is the proper way and end up killing themselves. .02
